CampusForge

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

CampusForge (“CampusForge”, “we”, “us”) is a career-readiness platform for college students, operated by Cognileap Eduventures LLP (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the CampusForge web application at forge.foundros.ai and related services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google or create an account, we receive your name, email address, and (for Google sign-in) your profile photo. We request only the basic openid email profile scopes — never your contacts, calendar, or Gmail.
  • Resume and profile content. The resumes and profile details you upload or enter, which we parse to compute your scores, detected skills, and skill gaps.
  • Interview and practice data. Your responses to mock interviews (text and, if you use voice practice, transcribed audio) and the resulting scores and feedback.
  • Activity data. Job matches you run, learning plans you open, and your progress through them.
  • Technical data. Standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the service — score your resume, run mock interviews, match you to roles, and build your learning plans.
  • To generate feedback and learning content using AI providers (see §4).
  • To show your placement cell or institution your readiness, where your college provides CampusForge to you (see §3).
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the platform.
  • To contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your resume or interview content to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.

3. Institutional (college) accounts

CampusForge is often provided to you by your college or institution. If you join through an institutional invite or roster, your college’s administrators and placement cell can see your career-readiness information — for example your resume scores, interview readiness, and skill-gap progress — to support and report on cohort placement. Your college acts as the controller of that institutional relationship; this policy governs how CampusForge processes the data on the institution’s and your behalf.

4. Third-party services we use

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help us run CampusForge:

  • Google — sign-in / authentication.
  • Anthropic and OpenAI — to generate resume feedback, interview scoring, and learning content. Content sent for processing is not used by us to train models.
  • Web-search providers (e.g. Serper, YouTube Data API) — to find real, public learning resources for your skill gaps. We send a skill keyword, not your personal data.
  • Email delivery — to send invites and account email.
  • Hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your data securely.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see §7). We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so that one institution’s data is not accessible to another. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit access to those who need it to operate the service.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at nidish@avapadvisory.com. If your access is provided through your college, you may also need to coordinate with your institution.

8. Children

CampusForge is intended for college students and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
